Salesforce Headless 360 is an architectural platform initiative that exposes every capability of the Salesforce platform (CRM, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Slack) as a REST/Agentforce API, a Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool, or a CLI command. The browser UI becomes optional: AI agents and developer tools can invoke data, workflows, and business logic directly without opening any interface. The release ships with 60+ new MCP tools, 30+ preconfigured coding skills, and the Agentforce Experience Layer (AXL) for surface-agnostic rendering. Headless 360 is not a standalone replacement for Agentforce or Lightning Experience but an infrastructure extension layered on top of existing Salesforce plans and Agentforce licensing.
