Finn is the GenAI-based assistant of the Dutch neobank bunq. It launched in December 2023, replacing the in-app search function, and was later expanded to support requests. According to bunq's December 2025 announcement, Finn is available in 38 languages and resolves support requests in about 47 seconds; more complex cases are routed to human specialists.
