Notion Custom Agents (Notion 3.3) are autonomous AI agents running inside the Notion workspace that execute recurring team workflows without manual prompting. They are triggered by schedules or events (e.g., Slack messages, database changes, emails) and operate 24/7. The feature is exclusive to Business and Enterprise plans and moves to a credits-based add-on pricing model starting May 4, 2026. In May 2026, the product was extended via the Notion Developer Platform (Notion 3.5) with Workers, database sync, and an External Agent API.
