WISE Hire is an agentic AI recruiting solution from Paychex, unveiled on September 23, 2026 as part of quarterly earnings. It automates multi-channel candidate sourcing (including via Google for Jobs, Meta's local job marketplace, and ChatGPT), recruiting workflows, candidate matching, and provides access to hiring coaches, while employers retain final decision-making authority. The product is available both as a standalone solution and integrated into Paychex' HCM platforms (Paychex Flex, Paycor, SurePayroll) through the company-wide AI engine "WISE". No separate product domain could be identified; official presentation is on paychex.com.
