Not Diamond Code is an intelligent model router for long-running coding agents from Not Diamond. The system automatically selects the appropriate model and Reasoning effort at each step of an agent session, based on predictions of future utility and costs as well as cache-aware optimization. It works independently of harness and gateway, for example with Claude Code, and according to the provider should reduce Inference costs by 20% or more without degrading result quality. Access is currently regulated through a gated waitlist, and no public pricing has been announced.
