Manus 2.0 is a fundamentally redesigned AI agent from Manus (originally founded in China, now based in Singapore), unveiled on September 28, 2026. At its core is the new agent architecture "Cascade," which loads specialized tools on-demand and, according to the manufacturer, significantly reduces Token consumption, processing time, and costs. The release also includes the desktop environment "Manus Studio" (with video editor and game-dev mode), purchasable "Cloud Computer" for continuously running projects, event-driven automation, and the standalone app "Cue" for personal agents with dedicated email address, phone number, wallet, and calculator. Manus 2.0 is already available, while Cue is in free Early Access with invite code.
