Animal 360 is an internal AI-powered knowledge platform of Mandai Wildlife Group (Singapore), built on Snowflake Cortex AI with large language models (LLMs) and developed in collaboration with implementation partner Infinite Lambda. It consolidates animal care, veterinary, nutrition, and genealogy data from more than 600,000 keeper and veterinary notes that were previously scattered across various systems into a single searchable interface. Animal care and veterinary teams can retrieve information and summaries in natural language to quickly build context for their professional assessments. It is not a commercial product with its own website, but rather an internal tool that, after a pilot phase with Mandai's Life Sciences teams
