LinkedIn Hiring Assistant is an AI agent for recruiters integrated into LinkedIn Recruiter that supports the entire recruitment process from sourcing to pre-screening. The tool uses real-time signals from the LinkedIn network (over 1 billion members) to identify matching candidates, automates applicant review and initial outreach, and learns from the user's previous recruiting behavior. It was announced in October 2024 and has been available worldwide in English since late September 2025 (German and French also supported), is sold as a paid add-on to LinkedIn Recruiter, and is deeply embedded in LinkedIn's compliance and Responsible AI framework.
