Kling 3.0 is the third major generation of Kuaishou's Kling AI video model series, officially unveiled on February 4/5, 2026. Built on a unified multimodal architecture (Multi-modal Visual Language), it natively generates 4K video (3840×2160) at up to 60fps with synchronized audio, lip-sync, and multi-shot storyboards supporting up to 6 camera cuts per clip. Videos can run up to 15 seconds and are available via the official Kling AI platform (klingai.com/kling.ai) plus an open API, accessed through tiered subscription plans (Free to Ultra) using a credit system.
