H3 Max Live is an experimental, interactive live-broadcast product by fal, running on the fal.live platform. It is based on "H3 Max Director," an autoregressive, continuous variant of the fal post-trained MiniMax H3 model ("H3 Max"), which generates video frames in real-time and supports context of up to two minutes. Viewers control the broadcast through chat prompts (e.g., "!prompt"), creating an endless, community-shaped broadcast without traditional video generation wait times. The underlying H3 Max model itself is available separately via the fal API as a text-to-video/image-to-video service and forms the technical foundation for the live format.
