OmniFocus is a task and project management app by the Omni Group based on the GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology and developed for the Apple ecosystem (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Vision Pro). The current major version OmniFocus 4 offers perspectives, tags, recurring tasks, and an automation interface (Omni Automation) based on JavaScript and AppleScript. Since version 4.8, the app can access Apple's On-Device Foundation Models through plug-ins to provide AI-powered planning features such as automatic task breakdown locally and without cloud connectivity. The product is distributed as a one-time purchase (Standard/Pro) or via subscription model including a web version.
