Mylow is an AI-powered virtual assistant from Lowe's for DIY customer service, developed in collaboration with OpenAI and based on GPT-4o. It answers customer questions about DIY projects, provides product recommendations and step-by-step instructions via the Lowe's website and mobile web app. A sister application called "Mylow Companion" also supports store associates across more than 1,700 Lowe's stores with product information and inventory data. Since launch, Mylow has answered more than 25 million questions from customers and employees.
