Fo is a personal AI agent from San Francisco startup Wajo (founded by former Google DeepMind engineer Shivani Poddar) that independently handles everyday tasks like calls, emails, bookings, and payments. Fo has its own phone number, its own synthetic voice, its own email address, and uses single-use payment cards for purchases. If the agent cannot solve a task on its own, it engages trained human assistants who take over the respective task. Fo launched as Alpha on August 25, 2026, and opened to all users on September 28, 2026; since September 14, 2026, the agent also supports multilingual phone calls.
