The Zeta TMS Robotic System by Zeta Surgical is an AI-powered robotic navigation system for transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) that received FDA 510(k) clearance as a Class II stereotactic instrument in July 2026. It combines real-time image navigation with robotic coil positioning and automatic motion compensation to enable submillimeter-accurate, repeatable target alignment of the TMS coil across multiple sessions. The system is designed for rapid deployment in virtually any clinic and is operational in under one minute without disrupting existing TMS workflows. Accuracy and usability testing were conducted in collaboration with Harvard Medical School and the University of Cambridge.
