Viefur was an iOS app for AI image editing that turned pet photos into anthropomorphic portraits with human clothing. It was sold via in-app coins; according to reports, under certain conditions it loaded a hidden web interface for explicit deepfakes. Apple removed the app from the App Store after WIRED shared findings. No official product website of the provider could be identified.
