Figure 03 is the third-generation humanoid robot from Figure AI (October 2025), designed for both home and industrial deployment, fully powered by Helix — a proprietary Vision-Language-Action (VLA) model integrating perception, language understanding, and motor control. Built for mass production at Figure's BotQ facility (up to 12,000 units/year), it is currently deployed at BMW's Spartanburg plant and in home pilots. Compared to Figure 02, it is 9% lighter, features 2× faster actuators, wireless inductive charging, and 3-gram-resolution tactile fingertip sensors.
