Founded in San Francisco in 2024 (YC Batch Winter 2024), the company originally launched under the name HostAI. The platform offers a no-code interface for configuring pre-built agents, native integrations with Property Management Systems (PMS) and CRM tools, and holds SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO-27001 certifications. According to the provider, over 50 million guest and operational messages have been processed across more than 100,000 properties worldwide.
