Feishu is an Enterprise Collaboration Platform developed by ByteDance (known internationally as Lark) that integrates messaging, video conferencing, cloud documents, Bitable databases, and AI features (Feishu Aily/Feishu AI). The AI component functions as an Enterprise Copilot that creates agents with access to enterprise knowledge, data, and business processes, and can be connected to third-party systems via MCP. As of July 30, 2026, Feishu was organizationally split within ByteDance: the product team transitioned to the Doubao unit, while sales and service were integrated into Volcano Engine, marking the end of Feishu as a standalone entity. The platform offers tiered pricing plans (Free, Business, Enterprise) along with separately paid AI add-on plans.
