Kai (officially "Stripe's Knowledge AI Platform") is an internal, company-wide AI agent system from Stripe for non-technical employees such as sales, finance, and operations. It is built on the LangChain/LangGraph stack and the Deep-Agents Framework, and converts chat interactions into artifacts such as reports, dashboards, and documents. Kai integrates with Stripe's internal data warehouse, Slack, and Google Suite, and provides access to over 1,000 internal skills/tools. It is not a publicly marketed product, but is exclusively available to Stripe employees.
