Wichef is a fictional rabbit-sheep character developed jointly by Sony Group Corporation (Mobility division) and Sony Creative Products, serving as an interactive character for a future in-vehicle AI Agent from Sony. The character is designed to appear on the vehicle's dashboard display as a conversation partner for the driver, handling functions such as navigation, small talk, and idea brainstorming. According to Nikkei Asia, Sony Group plans to deploy this AI Agent no earlier than fiscal year 2027, in the context of the shift toward autonomous driving. A standalone commercial product page with pricing, licensing model, or API/tool integrations is not yet publicly available; Wichef currently exists primarily as a marketing and character concept with accompanying social media channels (X, Instagram).
