Chatway MCP is the official MCP server from Chatway (live chat and AI customer support). It connects AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor via a remote endpoint to the Chatway inbox to read, reply to and manage conversations. Access uses OAuth 2.1 with permissions set by the workspace owner.
