AfterShip Intelligence is a suite of proprietary AI models from e-commerce post-purchase provider AfterShip, built on 14 years of shipping data (over 11 billion shipments, roughly 110 billion tracking checkpoints, 1,400+ carriers). The suite powers "AfterShip Agent" and other AI features that predict delivery problems, review returns (RMA), and automate customer service tasks across tracking, returns, and shipping. The product officially launched on September 1, 2026, and is accessible via APIs, MCP servers, and connectors for Shopify Sidekick, Claude, and ChatGPT. Early customers such as Dr. Squatch and Naked Wardrobe report significantly faster return reviews and reduced support tickets.
