CUA-S1-FORMS is a very small specialist model for form-related Computer-Use tasks, released as Open Source by trycua (Cua) on September 18, 2026. It is the first model of the "System One" model family CUA-S1 and makes bound decisions (FILL, CHECK, CLICK, SKIP) in a single forward pass—unlike generative LLM agents—rather than through sequential Token generation. With only 706,048 trainable parameters and a 2.8 MB checkpoint, it is designed to work alongside the Cua Driver, which executes the actions proposed by the model. Source code, training code, and dataset are available under MIT license. According to the provider, the model is in an early research stage and is explicitly not a General-Purpose assistant.
