Tolaria is a free, open-source desktop app (macOS, Windows, Linux) for managing Markdown knowledge bases. Notes are plain .md files with YAML frontmatter in a local vault that can be a Git repository. Since the mobile release, the app is also available on iPhone and iPad via TestFlight.
