Ajax is a locally-runnable AI model with approximately 9 billion parameters, introduced by Felix Kjellberg (PewDiePie) on October 2, 2026, based on Alibaba's open Qwen3.5-9B model. It was specifically Fine-Tuned for Kjellberg's self-hosted workspace software "Odysseus" to perform tasks such as web search, browsing, email and calendar management locally and without cloud connectivity. Using the Open Source tool "Heretic," refusal behavior was reduced, which is why Kjellberg describes the model as "uncensored"; however, safety mechanisms against clearly harmful requests are said to have been preserved. At the time of research, neither a final model card nor independent Benchmarks, a confirmed license for the Ajax weights, nor a public download were available.
