Perplexity Projects is the evolution of "Spaces" within the Perplexity Computer platform, serving as a central hub for ongoing, cross-team work. Each project has a persistent, hierarchical file system shared by humans and AI agents, plus "Computer Brain," a self-improving memory that carries forward context from prior sessions, files, and sources. Projects can connect to external tools such as Google Drive, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Linear, Snowflake, and Databricks, and support team collaboration with shared files, skills, and context while keeping personal data scoped to each user. Existing Spaces were automatically migrated into the new Projects structure.
