Ministral 3 3B is the smallest model in the Ministral 3 family from Mistral AI, a compact language and vision model for Edge-Deployment. It was released on December 2, 2025 alongside Ministral 3 8B, Ministral 3 14B, and Mistral Large 3, and is available under the Apache-2.0 license in Base, Instruct, and Reasoning variants. The model supports a context window of 256K Token (model card) or 131K Token (API configuration depending on provider), processes text and images, and runs on local devices with limited VRAM.
