It complements the existing LMS component Go1 Learn by delivering personalized learning recommendations, proactive weekly reminders, and conversational content discovery directly within employees' chat tools. Administrative tasks (program management, reporting, assignments) remain in Go1 Learn; Morgan handles only the delivery side. Customer data stays within Go1's infrastructure and is not used to train AI models.
