Flipbook (flipbook.page) is an experimental "visual browser" built by a small team of former OpenAI, Humane, and Apple employees. Instead of HTML, links, and text, a large multimodal model paints every "page" in real time as a single image; clicking on elements in the image generates a new, deeper image. An experimental live video-stream feature animates transitions between generated images using a video model. The company was founded in 2026 by Zain Shah, Eddie Jiao, and Drew Carr, backed by South Park Commons, with inference sponsored by Modal.
