Pion is a cloud platform by Andon Labs (San Francisco) on which persistent, continuously running AI agents autonomously operate entire businesses — including email, phone, banking, browser and a secure terminal/computing environment. An overseeing agent called "Andonos" supervises and directs the operating business agents and reports progress to the user. The product has been available since September 14, 2026 as a waitlisted research preview, following more than a year of internal testing on Andon Labs' own businesses (vending machines, Andon Market, Andon Café, Andon FM). It is explicitly not a workflow-automation platform but is designed for full, continuous operation of a business.
