Amplitude Agent Analytics is a module of the Amplitude platform that captures Agent-Traces and automated Evals (signals, evaluators, scores) as product events in the same event stream as classic usage data. This enables direct correlation of AI agent quality (task success, response quality, user friction) with conversion, retention, and revenue. Integration is available via a Node/Python-SDK, native OpenTelemetry-GenAI-Span-Ingestion, or an HTTP-API; the product is in Open Beta phase (as of the documentation) and is available on all Amplitude plans, including the free Starter Plan.
