Flow (Wispr Flow) is an AI-powered dictation and speech-to-text application by Wispr AI that works system-wide across any app. The software converts spoken language into formatted, context-aware text and additionally offers a "Notetaker" for meeting transcription with speaker recognition. Flow is used by Reid Hoffman, among others, and is integrated via MCP with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT. The product is available as a free basic version as well as paid Pro and Enterprise plans.
