PAL Maker is a No-Code platform by Tavus for creating and deploying "PALs" – conversational, video-based AI avatars. Users describe their idea to the integrated assistant "Charlie", which then configures the PAL's face, voice, knowledge, and capabilities, and enables deployment on a website or app with a single click. The platform is built on Tavus's proprietary models Phoenix-4 (Rendering), Raven-1 (Perception), and Sparrow-1 (Conversation Timing), and is part of the broader Tavus ecosystem of Conversational Video Interface (CVI) and developer APIs. PAL Maker was launched in November 2025 as part of the Tavus PALs product line.
