APT (Agentic Pretrained Transformer, currently APT-1) is the proprietary AI model from Scaled Cognition, developed specifically for agent-based customer service workflows—not primarily for classical text generation, but for the deterministic execution of actions (Large Action Model). It was introduced on February 12, 2025, and achieved top scores on the agent Benchmarks Tau-Bench and ComplexFuncBench according to the provider. APT is delivered via a stateless RESTful API and can be deployed in the cloud, VPC, or on-premises; the company cooperates with Genesys, among others, for integration into the Genesys Cloud platform. Public pricing lists are not available; sales are conducted through individual enterprise demos.
