AI코치 is a financial AI agent developed by Kakaopay, deployed as a beta version within the Kakaopay app. The service analyzes user consumption behavior based on MyData connection, supports budgeting and savings goals, and highlights government subsidies and benefits. Rather than one-time analyses, AI코치 offers continuous coaching with selectable coaching styles ("깐깐이"/strict or "말랑이"/gentle) and is built on a structure of multiple cooperating specialized AI agents (budget, consumption analysis, information delivery). Kakaopay relies on its own GPU infrastructure combined with Open-Weight models instead of a single large generative AI model, for regulatory and data protection reasons in the financial sector.
