Harvey II is the second platform generation of legal AI provider Harvey, unveiled in August 2026. Core innovations include the "Memory" function, which stores individual work methods, preferences, and citation standards of lawyers across Harvey, Microsoft Word, and Outlook, as well as "Spaces," which consolidate documents, tasks, permissions, and history around a specific mandate. Building on this, AI agents can execute complex, multi-step tasks with full context and predefined workflows without users having to repeatedly provide background information. Harvey II continues to target large law firms and legal departments and operates as an Enterprise SaaS solution with strict data protection and access controls.
